Do you photograph in Portland, Oregon?

Yes, I photograph events and portraits in Salem, Portland, and the surrounding areas. There is a nominal fee for photographing 20 miles outside of Salem’s town center. Once we have a discovery call, I can send you a quote for your traveling photography session.

I have guests that do not speak English. Do you speak Spanish?

¡Se habla español! I’m happy to assist your Spanish-speaking guests or family members as I speak fluent Spanish and English.

What types of photography do you offer?

I offer couples portraits, senior portraits, groups, wedding photography, creative and themed photography, and event photography for all my lovelies. I love special requests! Please use my contact form for us to chat about how you’d like to create your photography session together!

Do you offer a consult session before my photography shoot?

Absolutely! We will chat on the phone or in-person to discuss your photography needs, props you may want to use, outfits, makeup, location, artistic details, and elements you would like in your photos. I’m always open to text or chat again if you have questions after our initial chat.

Do you photograph events?

I can travel to your event outside of Salem for professional photography. Pricing is based on the amount of time you’d like me to take photos, along with the distance required to travel to your session location. I have special props I want to use in my photography session. Can you work with props?

Do you have props? Bring them! Let me know what you are bringing ahead of time by sending me pictures so we can brainstorm creative ways to use your props in your session.

What should I wear to my photoshoot?

Have no fear; I can give you advice and steer you in the right direction to wear clothing that fits the theme and composition of your photoshoot. In addition, I am happy to advise on outfits, locations, props, and accessories.

I want to do a makeup-themed session.  Will you apply makeup for me?

Although makeup is not included in my session pricing, I can provide makeup application for an additional fee. If you choose to create your makeup look, we would need to add extra time to your photo session to make the look that you want for your shoot.

How do I pick the pictures from my package plan once my session is finished?

Here is the process with standard packages other than weddings. For weddings, please see the FAQ "How do I choose my images with a wedding plan?" I will create a "first gallery" viewing after initial editing. The photos in your gallery will be numbered, and you will be able to choose the images you want in your package plan. I will then do final touch-ups to the pictures before presenting a final gallery which, with approval, will be sent to you by email through Google drive.

What kind of editing do you provide in your packages?

With all standard packages, the first gallery will be presented with initial editing; image coloration adjustments, value adjustments, tone adjustments. After picking images in your package plan, I will mention some of the final edits I will make, along with your photo editing suggestions.

How do I pick my images with a wedding plan?

With a wedding photography session, clients will end up with more than 200 final digitals, fully edited and delivered on a USB drive. You’ll be able to see all your photographs, and I’ll note the best pictures of the batch.

What forms of payment do you take?

Currently, I take payments through my online website with a special link and detailed instructions. 

Timeline - how long does it take to get back pictures on digital, what platform are you using for clients to see pictures, 

You’ll be able to view your photo gallery within two weeks of your session. At this point, you will have seven days to choose the images for your package plan. Once your images have been selected, you’ll receive your final gallery in 30 days. Gallery viewing is available through my website at a personalized link specifically for your photoshoot.

Do you offer a post-photography consult to look at my pictures together?

Clients have the option to look through photos on their own after their first gallery viewing. However, clients have the ability to reach out and text or discuss their gallery images with me at any time.

Can I get digital files of my photoshoot?

The final results that I provide from our session are digital files. In addition to digital files, you can also receive printed images.

Do you offer photo packages?

Yes! I offer the top professional photography services in Salem, and my packages are tailored to my clients and give the best value. When you are ready to talk about your photography goals, we will discuss your needs and which package best suits your session.

Can I purchase items a la carte?

Absolutely! You can purchase images in addition to your package at a la carte pricing.

What if I want to buy additional pictures with my package?

Absolutely! In addition to purchasing your package, you’re welcome to purchase additional photos as you desire. You may choose to buy the next package up as packages offer better pricing than a la carte images. Also, if you select a package and want to upgrade to a bigger package after your purchase, I’d be glad to upgrade your photo package for the difference in price for the upgrade.
